Elementary K-4 continues the stepping stones of the early childhood program to challenge children to seek after God. Our Elementary staff utilizes the active imagination of this age group to bring God’s Word to life. Children are shown how to have a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. They are helped to follow Christ as their guide in life.
Elementary K-4 meets during both services. At 9:00 a.m. each grade meets individually.

Journey ~ 5th and 6th Grades
Journey is an exciting program for our 5th & 6th graders. Students are challenged to live out their faith in every area of their daily lives and continue to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
A wonderful team of adult shepherds develop relationships with the students as they model a meaningful walk with Christ.
The Journey group has an occasional event called Journey Jams. These events include a retreat, treasure hunts, and games. Students are strongly encouraged to bring their friends to these events as they pattern a life lived for Christ to those attending.
Journey 5th and 6th students meet during the 9:00 a.m. service in room 262 and are encouraged to attend the worship service with their parents at 10:40 a.m.

Kathy Williams is the director for Elementary (K-4) and the Pioneer Girls and Modern Day Knights ministries that meet on Wednesday nights. She is married to Landy and between them they have four grown children and seven grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys working in her garden and spending time with her grandchildren. Kathy feels that children at this age are in their prime to hear and believe the gospel. It is a major responsibility of the Church family and should be considered a privilege to teach them the Good News. email@example.com, x243
