Father, we praise you that your power and your love are unlimited and we thank you that you demonstrated this power and love through Jesus. Lord I confess that I often do not seek your wisdom as I go through my day and ask you Lord to help me with that. Father as the leaders of our small groups seek you and your wisdom as they prepare to teach and lead Bible Studies, help me to seek your wisdom in your Word also.

FOCUS: Small Groups

• Pray for Dr. Rich Peterson as he guides the leaders of our small groups and their ministries
• Pray that the right leaders will surface for new small groups. (Acts 6:3,4)
• Pray for the current small group leaders to handle Scripture ably, responsibly, and clearly. Pray for wisdom and energy as they prepare. (2 Timothy 2:15) (see Pastors and Ministries section for the names of all of the current small group leaders)
• Pray that everyone in a small group will learn to love and serve as Christ did. (Mark 10:42-45)
• Ask God to bring our church's newcomers into the group relationships that will be most effective in nurturing their faith. (Romans 12:3-8)
