Thanks for visiting the SGC Prayer wall. This is a great way for us to support one another, lifting up our cares and concerns, our praise and our prayer to the sovereign God. This prayer wall is for anyone to submit prayer requests and praises. We encourage you to frequently visit and spend time praying over the requests and praises. Be sure to push the “I prayed for this” button once you’ve prayed. Let’s see how God moves in and through our church! When you submit a request, please be sure to click on the “share this” button to see the options for how widespread your request is communicated.

Praise Report for my missionary friend, Ned, from his wife, Stephanie:
Greetings, prayer warriors...I must admit, it's hard to top the progress Ned made over the last couple of days. So, while Ned continues to improve, I'm thinking it will probably be a steady improvement, rather than the giant steps he took earlier this week. I'm simply thankful for any improvement, no matter how God chooses to provide it.
Yesterday afternoon, Ned was moved out of ICU into a regular hospital room. So, he'll now be able to start physical and occupational therapy. When I spoke with Ned's nurse this morning, she said he was already making some progress in gaining range of motion, particularly in his arms. I can tell he is very motivated to regain his strength, which is a good sign. In some of our conversations, Ned still shows signs of confusion, but it's so much better than it was just two days ago. So, as the medications he was on continue to leave his body, my prayer is that his mind will continue to clear.
Here are a few prayer items for today:
1. Praise God that he was moved into a regular hospital room where he will now get both physical and occupational therapy. Please pray that Ned's body will continue to recover well and gain strength.
2. Pray for Ned's mind to continue to clear and recover, as well.
3. Pray for wisdom regarding the next steps in the recovery process.
I obviously don't know what the future holds, but I'm hopeful Ned will steadily improve over the next days, weeks, and months. We are so grateful for the ways you've faithfully stood with us, and we hope you're able to continue to do so. Thank you!
